Terms of sale and refunds
Effective October 13, 2026.
Who sells it
Partwise is sold by Claude Academy (Denis Laflamme), Canada. Questions: denis@claudeacademy.ca.
What you buy
One Partwise licence for one chorus or ensemble, no member cap, paid once: US $349. The price includes every Partwise update and, for the first 25 founding choruses, the install done for you.
Pre-sale and delivery
This is a pre-sale. Founding installs start in mid-November 2026, in the order choruses reserved. After you buy, I write to you to set a date. The install goes into Supabase and Cloudflare accounts opened in your chorus’s name; you can add me as a member so updates reach you, and remove me at any time.
Refunds
Full refund, no questions asked, any time before your install and for 30 days after it. Write to denis@claudeacademy.ca; the refund goes back to the card you paid with.
Third-party costs
Partwise runs on the free plans of Supabase and Cloudflare. If your chorus outgrows those plans, or uses the assistant with its own AI key, those services bill your chorus directly. PDF to Tracks needs your own ACE Studio licence and a Windows PC.
Your data
Your chorus’s data (members, tracks, recordings) lives in your chorus’s own accounts. Your chorus is responsible for it, including under Quebec’s Law 25; a privacy notice template comes with the install.
What I keep about you
Stripe processes your payment. I keep your name, email, chorus name and phone number if you give it, only to deliver, install and follow up on your purchase. I do not sell or share them. Ask for a copy or for deletion at denis@claudeacademy.ca.
Warranty
Partwise is provided as is. I fix defects reported by founding choruses first, but I do not promise the app is free of every error. My total liability is limited to what you paid.
